Has your child aged out of Northside's divisions (league age 13 or older)?  Are you looking for baseball opportunities for kids ages 13-16?  The Charlottesville Babe Ruth League is open for registration for kids in this older age group.

We have set up a text/email alert system through Rained Out.  It is very simple to register.  Simply click this link and go to Northside's Rained Out page.  From there, enter your email or mobile phone number and accept the terms and conditions.  The system will text or email you a verification code that you will need to enter.  Once that is done, you are all set.  You do not need a private group keyword to get alerts.


Northside is a Volunteer Run League!

The Northside Board welcomes all to come to the Board Meetings - dates and times listed on the calendar page.  New volunteers are always welcome and open positions on the board can be found here along with meeting minutes.

Volunteer for Northside 
Northside is a volunteer run league - we could not be successful without the help of Northside Families and Community Members!  Each Northside Family is asked to meet a minimum volunteer requirement of 2 hours.  


Northside offers many opportunities to volunteer such as:
  • Working in the concession stand (sign up information available from coach/team parent)
  • Coaching/Asst Coaching
  • Assisting with Opening Day and Day of Champions Festival
  • Team Parent
  • Field Maintenance
  • Base Coach, Scorekeeper, Dugout Parent
  • Board Member

Northside Cal Ripken League accepts registration from boys and girls who will be four (4) years old before May 1, 2019 and who will not be thirteen(13) years old before May 1, 2019, and who live within the following elementary school districts: Agnor-Hurt, Cale, Hollymead, Stone-Robinson, Baker-Butler, City of Charlottesville Red Hill (east of Rt.29), Stony Point, Broadus Wood, Greer, Scottsville, & Woodbrook.
